At JUMBO Group, we invest in our employees' growth through structured training, workplace learning, and fostering a culture of continuous learning to support our strategic vision. This approach enhances our team’s efficiency, effectiveness, and motivation, strengthening our competitive position and boosting employee morale.
In 2023, we were honoured to receive the Institute of Technical Education’s (ITE) accreditation as a Certified On-The-Job Training Centre (COJTC), recognising our commitment to skills development and employee excellence. Our dedication was further acknowledged with the prestigious OJT Champion recognition from ITE.
We also pursued the National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE) to achieve the Workplace Learning: READY Mark, recognised by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
